WHEN
The program begins May 22nd via Instagram live-streaming, and will run 15-20 minute workouts each of the consecutive 30 days at 4pm (EST). 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
To gain access to the private account, once registration and payment are complete, the user must request to follow our Instagram account, @ig_explosiveness. The user will be accepted and added to the account only when we have confirmed registration and payment. Each workout will stream live on the private account and then be made available in our stories for the following 24 hours, until the next workout goes live.
 
EMAIL CONFIRMATION Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation including a download link with a copy of the IG_Explosiveness Release and Waiver. Please keep this for reference. You do not need to do anything further.
