The opposite of mastering time is wasting it – and this is both avoidable and easy to fix. One obnoxiously simple change to your life can save you from this trap forever. Dwelling in the past? Stressing about the future? Learn to be proactive instead of reactive. Learn what it means to be future-oriented while thriving in the present. To do otherwise is to miss the point, everlastingly. ​
